  How charmingly ghetto. Better off going to the Waffle House across the street. Customer service sucks, never get asked if you want sauce, never get napkins with your order, or a receipt. Almost like the management doesn't want the patron to have a number to call to complain. This T B location is fairly close to my residence, but I will waste gas and time to go to the 138 location (beside Krispy Kreme) when I'm craving the Bell.

  My food is not consistent. There is a difference in quality from day shift to night shift. But my order is never wrong. The only other thing that kept me from giving a 5 is that during slow times the kitchen area is not kept clean (floors, and food making area) this wouldn't bother me if i didn't work next door at another food establishment. The lobby is always kept tidy but not the kitchen area and i see staff having a great time at work i just wish that somebody would just run a broom across the floor near the fryers and a dust off the pieces of lettuce and tomatoes on the counter.
