  I went to the drive thru of this and the girl they had taking orders could've get my order right because she was on her cell phone while working you need to hire someone to do drive thru that can get the order right she asked me what dressing I wanted for my salad when I never said salad ask me what sauce I wanted with my chicken sandwich because she didn't know the difference between and chicken nugget meal and a chicken sandwich meal I had to repeat my oder twice and she still couldn't get it right and when I drove by she was on her cell phone someone needs to do something about that and stop hiring idiots to work in drive thru

  This McDonald's needs to get their act together. Depending on the manager on staff this fast food restaurant is either on par or not. I stopped in one morning to order a small cafe mocha and the person behind the counter asked me what flavor? Hot or cold? What? What kind of question is that? And I think she was a manager or lead or something. Very scary. That morning the lines were moving slow for simple breakfast requests. On other occasions they are good for getting your orders wrong. Or they have kids playing behind the counter clueless as what to do next. Not everyone is bad there are a few bright spots. To be honest the only reason this locations gets so much business is that there is nothing else near. It needs an overhaul with a capable and courteous staff. They could take a lesson on great customer service from the crew at the newly opened Dairy Queen down the street.

  Milkshake machine is ALWAYS broken. Staff is rude, food is decent less than half the time. Don't expect much here.
