  Horrible experience. I asked them what vegetables come on the garden salad, this lady said banana peppers, jalapeños, and all that other stuff. She literally said, "All that other stuff." Then I proceeded to ask for extra pickles. She said, "We ain't got no pickles," with an attitude like I was supposed to know that. Then she said, "What size do you want a small?" I said, "What size do you have?" This lady said, "Small, regular, we have chicken..." I said regular. Ummm I'm sorry, I didn't know Chicken was a size. So lastly I asked them if they had any salt and pepper packets. She looked at me like I was speaking Chinese or asking a dumb question. She said, "We don't have that." Then she said, "Let me go check." She started to walk towards the back... I just left. I will never go there again. Also I will never again pay for my food before I receive it. smh.

  The food is nasty to me. It taste old... I placed an order with them yesterday and the lady told me only 5 minutes for a 10 piece combo. When I ate my food, the wings tasted OLD. this place pre-cook their food and drops it back in the grease once they know the order will be paid for. I would not recommend this American Deli to anyone. They are a disgrace to all other American Deli' s
